Get Rid of Garlic Breath

We’re all too familiar with the perils of a post-lunchtime-cuisine interview. Had a bit too much garlic in your dish? According to a new study the odoriferous compound responsible for the stinky garlic smell wafting from your breath and sweat is called methyl sulphide.

Ohio State University scientists found that drinking a glass of preferably whole milk at the same time you’re eating the garlicky dish actually neutralizes the compound. Not ready for a glass full of calories? Nonfat milk works too, just not as well.
