New Research: Two Ways to Lower Your Risk of Breast Cancer – In Half

According to a new study two of the largest ways to prevent breast cancer are to have a child early and breast feed.

The research published in The European Journal of Gynecology and Oncology found that when women have their first baby by the age of 25 and have at least three pregnancies, they’re chances of getting breast cancer are cut in half.

While a study out of the Cyprus Institute of Neurology and Genetics found that women who breastfed were more than one-quarter less likely to get breast cancer than women who didn’t.
