New Moon Monday – Simple Steps to Making it Count!

We love opportunities to renew, reboot and refresh -and considering today is the Monday of the new Taurus moon – today’s our lucky day… and yours too.!

We know this stuff can be a little airy-fairy, but the power of suggestion and our mind’s ability to manifest positive results have been proven over and over. In addition to these few simple steps to making the most of this most fortunate alignment of the galaxy… we got the skinny on the Taurus New Moon, from Astrogrrl.com.

New Moons signify rebirth, beginnings, a clean slate, the start of a new cycle. This new moon highlights Taurus qualities (determined, practical, devoted, grounded, dependable) and 2nd house themes (material security, values, self-worth). On a spiritual/higher plane, the Moon in Taurus seeks inner peace through stability and contentment. Taurus is natively ruled by Venus.

The following “Manifestation Intentions” come from Susan Bird, a popular energy worker, who teaches her clients the power of thought, as in “Thought Creates”

Here’s a short cut to what she has her client’s fill out during new moon rituals.

List three goals you have already realized..and take some time to meditate on this.

1.

2.

3.

Prioritize your life (as in health, family, money, relationships) and create a list of your top three priorities in these areas. Write it out as a goal. (example: “I want to run 15 miles”)

1.

2.

3.

Come up with five affirmations to support these priorities.. (Examples: “I love running in the morning before work”

1.

2.

3.

4.

5.

This is a very short version of what her workshops offer, but just writing these goals (intentions) down and concentrating on them throughout the next few days will make a difference in your life. If you are interested in learning more about this topic email us at misscontact@gmail.com and we can pass along Susan’s contact information as well as the long version of this manifestation intention.

Happy New Moon!
